Incident Management

Incidents in BigPanda represent a high-level issue occurring within your infrastructure. BigPanda digests all of the raw data from your integrated monitoring systems and automatically deduplicates, normalizes, and correlates this complex data into incidents.

BigPanda incidents are tool agnostic - you can triage and remediate them directly in the single-pane console or AI web app, or take action in the collaborative ITOps tool of your choice.

BigPanda provides multiple interfaces for incident management, so that you can work in the platform most suited to your team's workflows.

  • Single-pane console: A single pane of glass for incident detection, triage, and response. Used by operators, NOC teams, and admins.

  • Incident Assistant in your external tools: An AI-first web application for BigPanda teams using AI Incident Assistant and AI Incident Prevention features.

  • Major Incident Management (MIM): Automated workflows streamline and coordinate efforts around incidents that may have a major impact on business continuity.

  • Web App ChatWeb App Chat: The Biggy Chat module allows you to have a conversation with Biggy right within the web app.
